Science with Sean
DuBois Public Library is beginning an exciting new environmental science series for children age 7 - 10!
When: January 23 @ 4:30 PM - Dinosaurs
Combining literature and hands-on learning, this FREE series will present major concepts in environmental science and biology that are age-appropriate. The sessions will be under the direction of Sean Petrick, a member of the library staff and a graduate of Juniata College in Environmental Information Systems, assisted by a volunteer. Parents should plan to also attend so they may continue the discussions at home, thereby optimizing the learning experience for their children.
Class sizes are limited. Please register by calling the library at 371-5930 and asking to speak with Sean. Each program will require a new registration.
