Library by Mail Program

2/1/2012

DuBois Public Library News Column:
There is a new, free library service available from the Central Pa District.  This program is for those who are unable to go to their public library to borrow books.  It’s easy to get started.  Just have someone get a brochure that is available at the DuBois Public Library, then fill it out and mail it to Schlow Centre Region Library in State College.  The form provides an area for you to list the kinds of books you enjoy reading, you can also list your favorite authors.  When you receive your materials, you will find a new request form enclosed.  The items will be
shipped in a mailing bag that has a mailing label that is used to return your items.  If you have questions you may contact the Schlow Reference Dept. at (814) 235-7816 or send an e-mail to librarybymail@schlowlibrary.org
